LMT & Office Assist
Rylee is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Myotherapy College in 2020. Her journey into bodywork began unexpectedly after a debilitating back injury from powerlifting, which led her to discover the healing power of massage.
With a focus on pain relief and performance enhancement, Rylee understands firsthand how pain can affect both daily function and athletic goals. She applies her experience as a former lifter to identify the root cause of dysfunction, treating the problem rather than just the symptoms. Rylee also works with athletes at the University of Utah, specializing in football and gymnastics, which has sharpened her skills in addressing specific injuries.
Outside of work, Rylee is a mother to a 9-year-old boy, enjoys playing guitar, and loves spending time outdoors with her son and dog.

LMT & Structural Physiotherapist
Tai Ly is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2014 and has been practicing for 11 years, specializing in clinical injury massage, sports massage, myofascial release, Structural Integration, and various methods of Soft Tissue Mobilization techniques incorporating movement.
His passion in structural bodywork derives from a car accident he had back in 2010, involving a black ice incident involving a 2- vehicle collision on the freeway.
This began his journey in seeking relief from pain and re-learning mobility again via Calisthenics (bodyweight training) and Structural Bodywork through the Structura Institute in Farmington. Since then, he has been dedicated in Clinical Massage Therapy to helping others find relief from pain without having to take expensive pain medications that will never work.
Outside of work, he is an avid nature enthusiast and photographer. Movement enthusiast and calisthenics is life, so practically lives on a pull up bar. Technology, studying astronomy, and science are his fascinations when he isn't at work.
His secret passions is his signature movement therapy program called "Stillpoint Alignment", which aims to retrain and rethink "your proprioception".
